Job Summary
The Director of Developer Services is an experienced leader who provides management direction leadership and oversight to ensure the developer relationships and accounts are maintained and operated in accordance with the company standards and established community objectives This position will work with Developer representatives prior to opening the project up to TCO and maintain quality assurance and support through turnover The position is responsible for budget deliverables developing programs and systems to support the strategic direction aligning business plans with organizational objectives This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Developer Services
Responsibilities
- Creation of project budgets that align with the vision of the client as well as KWPM.
- Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability productivity efficiency throughout companys operations.
- Develop direct management client customer satisfaction Identify any issues may lead client terminating contract Implement processes systems generate higher productivity revenues Review standard operating procedures SOPs templates forms department develop new SOPs templates forms project Develop direct management headquarters support departments transitions banking accounting technology District Managers ensure operational systems continuously evaluated proper operation relevance utilization Interact executive team individual department heads companys operational priorities aligned total company direction Continually investigate introduce process improvement measures presents suggestions Senior Director consideration Build maintain relationships Developers throughout project including after hand-off operations team Competencies needed role Leadership Customer Client Focus Organizational Skills Problem Solving Analysis Strategic Thinking Business Acumen Collaboration Diversity Inclusion Teamwork Orientation Budget Preparation Communication oral written ability use proper grammar proofread edit documents Ability multitask work clients projects simultaneously Ability meet deadlines based business demands Ability recruit hire train managers startup staff Job Requirements Bachelor degree required Five years related experience job duties this role Must five years managing teams projects Must valid Florida driver license Must strong managerial background Ability read analyze interpret technical financial statements audits regulations similar complexity Proficient good working understanding latest technologies such Microsoft Office adeptness application response in-house trainings Employee sometimes required work extended periods times flexible hours which could include nights weekends Available emergency calls Physical Demands Job operates office setting construction sites Team member visit sites mixed-use projects condominium high-rise buildings homeowner associations food beverage operations on-site Sites have moderate loud noise may under construction While performing duties job employee regularly required write talk hear Frequently required stand walk use hands finger handle feel reach hands arms Employee lift objects lbs Position requires walkthrough properties within portfolio identify inconsistencies companystandards Job Schedule Full-time exempt salaried position Evening weekend work may required job duties demand Schedule change accommodate business needs company Travel Requirements Position travel Travel primarily locally during day although some out area travel overnight expected
