- Assist tenants in transitioning to homeownership
- Find additional clients looking to buy or sell
- Generate additional transactions by finding excellent rental opportunities available to purchase
- Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes
- Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
- Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
- Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
- Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met
- Familiarity with Google G-Suite and CRMs
- Candidate will also need to have a KY and/or IN real estate license.
- Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
- Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
