Store Manager
We are seeking a dependable, disciplined, and highly motivated Store Manager to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring strict adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment at all times. The Store Manager must uphold exceptional customer service standards, monitor team performance, and ensure every shift operates with consistency, accuracy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
- Supervise all shift operations, ensuring store readiness, cleanliness, and product quality.
- Enforce company policies, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures without exception.
- Ensure accurate opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and documentation.
Customer Service Excellence
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company expectations.
- Monitor service speed and quality to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Team Oversight
- Lead and support team members to ensure tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Provide clear direction, maintain accountability, and address performance concerns as needed.
- Assist with onboarding and training to reinforce standards and expectations.
Store Standards
- Uphold strict cleanliness and organization standards for all areas of the store.
- Maintain proper product rotation, inventory accuracy, and waste control.
- Ensure all equipment is used correctly and safely; report issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient in high-pressure environments.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
