    Service Operations Manager – Medical Equipment - REMOTE FULL-TIME


    BizFirst is assisting our client, a leading innovator in healthcare technology solutions, with recruiting a Full-time Service Operations Manager -Medical Equipment position (100% REMOTE).

    Our client specializes in developing and deploying cutting-edge healthcare IT systems, medical devices, and data analytics platforms to improve patient care, enhance operational efficiency, and empower healthcare professionals.

    What will you do

    The Service Operations Manager will oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our service delivery. This role involves strategic planning, improving service procedures, and leading high-impact initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

    The Manager will evaluate performance results, recommend strategies for service improvement, and ensure alignment with healthcare industry standards and regulations.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage service operations for healthcare IT and medical device products.

    Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any operational challenges.

    Oversee the management of service contracts and client relationships.

    Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements in service delivery processes.

    Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in service operations.

    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals.

    Requirements:

    8+ years of experience in service operations, preferably in a healthcare technology or product company.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related technical discipline.

    Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, medical devices, and regulatory requirements.

    Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

    Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.


    Preferred Skills:
    Certification in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (HIMSS) or similar.

    Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

    Proven track record in enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.

    Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation.
