    Position Summary:


    We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing who is curious, fearless, and inspired to transform a 150+ year old 'iconic' brand.

    The Vice President of Marketing, Core Portfolio will be responsible for developing and leading growth strategies for Welch's key categories and geographies that will drive marketplace performance through strong brand equity growth and P&L delivery.

    The Core Portfolio includes Spreads, Refrigerated Juice, Ambient Juice, and Sparking categories across U.S. and select international markets.
    Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President will lead overall portfolio strategy and execution including advertising development, product

    renovation/innovation,

    promotional activity, and ongoing

    revenue/profitability

    management of the core portfolio. This position will also require strong collaboration with cross-functional departments to ensure strong execution.
    Where You'll Work

    This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives and collaboration is key.

    Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.


    What You'll Do:

    • Deliver top & bottomline financial targets for our growerowner farmers
    • Lead, inspire and develop core marketing team to be brave, create change and take bold action
    • Oversee annual functional planning and lead longterm strategic planning & budgeting
    • Define requirements for communication & promotional plans to drive brand salience
    • Align with Sales to drive distribution, merchandising promotions and set pricing strategies
    • Unite with crossfunctional teams to provide direction and clarity, ensuring seamless execution
    • Collaborate with Transformational Innovation to align on innovation needs

    Who You Are:

    • Consumer obsessed, curiously insights driven and action oriented
    • Relentless focus to deliver objectives, anticipate obstacles, and creates plans to overcome them
    • Demonstrated experience leading & developing direct and crossfunctional teams
    • Engages in healthy debate and dialogue to challenge the status quo and seeks ways to improve
    • Creative thinking to develop new products, advertising, and consumer promotions
    • Highlevel communication skills; ability to inform, influence and negotiate across the organization
    • Strong business, consumption, and financial acumen

    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field required; MBA Strongly preferred
    • Minimum 15+ years of demonstrated progression within CPG brand management; food & beverage industry preferred
    • Collaboration is key, so we are in office 3days for inperson meetings and flexible for athome or inoffice work the remaining days
    • Minimal (1015%) travel required
