    Job Title: Packaging Operative at Newly Weds Foods



    Job Description:

    As a Packaging Operative at Newly Weds Foods, **you** will be responsible for efficiently stacking products at the end of packaging lines to meet customer orders. This position may involve rotating to different roles within the packaging lines as necessary.



    Anticipated Salary Range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

    Essential Functions:

    • Verify product against labels
    • Stamp and stack bags neatly on pallets
    • Continuous lifting of bags up to 55 lbs
    • Assist in bagging and dumping product
    • Complete necessary paperwork
    • Maintain product integrity
    • Assist in inventory and cycle counts
    • Ensure cleanliness and follow safety procedures

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Minimum of 1 year packaging experience in food manufacturing
    • Proficient in operating warehouse equipment like standup forklift


    Work Environment:

    The job takes place in warehouse and production areas with exposure to various aromas, dust particles, and machinery.
