Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering, and overseeing nursing care, services, and health education for nursing home residents.

Supervise the care/services offered by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members attending to residents
Administer safe and precise medication-related interventions to residents
Assess residents' health and communicate any changes in status to the physician; promptly execute new orders
Create a care plan based on assessments, delivering nursing care accordingly
Implement suitable nursing interventions to stabilize a resident's condition and/or prevent complications
Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA's) and care plan development

Qualifications:

Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
CPR certification
