    Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled Senior Unit Support Readiness Analyst to join our team and provide unit and force-level general-purpose intelligence support to all units within the Air Combat Command (ACC). The ideal candidate will leverage analytical tools, tactics, techniques, procedures (TTP), applications, databases, and web-enabled capabilities to equip units with the necessary information and tools to support operations effectively. The role requires a deep understanding of Air Force (AF) intelligence operations to identify problem sets, trends, and conduct pattern analyses related to unit readiness. The Unit Support Readiness Analyst will coordinate staff input across functional areas, compile data, deliver assessments of unit readiness, and accomplish wartime tasks while tracking ULI readiness aligned with the Intelligence Enterprise for Agile Combat Employment (ACE). Travel may be required frequently as part of readiness assessment teams to observe and identify shortfalls. The Analyst will also facilitate the identification and resolution of intelligence-related tasks such as systems, software, training, and manpower.

    Duties/ Responsibilities

    • Provide unit and force-level general-purpose intelligence support to ACC units using analytical tools, TTP, applications, databases, and web-enabled capabilities.
    • Utilize knowledge and experience in AF intelligence operations to identify problem sets, trends, and conduct pattern analyses of unit readiness.
    • Coordinate staff input across functional areas, compile data, and deliver assessments of unit readiness and wartime tasks.
    • Track ULI readiness by posturing the Intelligence Enterprise for Agile Combat Employment (ACE).
    • Analyze DoD policy and program documents for consistency, accuracy, compliance, and thoroughness during unit readiness visits on behalf of ACC.
    • Conduct staff assistance, unit engagements, and readiness assessment visits, providing hands-on evaluations, training, and submitting written After-Action Reports (AARs) within five duty days.
    • Lead unit-specific readiness assessment processes through unit visits and virtual meetings, synchronizing input across ACC staff in partnership with Higher Headquarters (HHQ) and other organizations as required.
    • Review and conduct trend analysis on unit self-assessment and Inspector General Inspection data.
    • Maintain situational awareness of unit issues and concerns by monitoring and providing unit intelligence data for inclusion on A2 unit-support websites.
    • Assist in A2 Intelligence forums, including unit-level working groups, Lead Wing Working Groups, SIO/Supe Syncs, ISR Leadership Orientation Course, and other ACC unit intelligence working groups as necessary.
    • Assist in evolving deployed and reach-back Contingency Intelligence Network capabilities focusing on scalability, reliability, flexibility, and efficiency.
    • Assist in updating ACE CONEMP theater, functional, and equipment annexes, aligning readiness visits for OT&E investments before entering unit AF Force Generation (AFFORGEN) Ready/Available phases.
    • Coordinate with Strategic Intelligence Officers (SIOs) and Strategic Engagement Leaders (SELs) to submit Unit Force Requests (UFRs) and administer the Funding of Joint (FoJ) program.
    • Assist Unit Support and Readiness Team Chief in maintaining and strengthening relationships with other MAJCOM and NAF staffs.
    • Attend and provide feedback from ULI Targeting Forums, and ULI Geo-Spatial/GEOINT Meetings.
    • Track after-action items from all working groups and engagements, acting as a team facilitator via EPMS.

    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.
    • Proficient with Unit Readiness analytical tools and TTP, applications, databases, and web-enabled capabilities.
    • Skilled in AF intelligence operations and capable of identifying problem sets, trends, and conducting pattern analyses of unit readiness.
    • Familiar with the Intelligence Enterprise for Agile Combat Employment (ACE).
    • Required to have a valid US passport.

    Education and Experience:

    • 10+ years of professional experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
