The candidate preferably is currently or has recently worked in a professional services organization focusing on managing their safety program.

    **Accountabilities**

    Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, nationally recognized standards, and guidelines related to specialized safety and environmental health.

    Participate and lead special task forces related to safety such as Gray Solutions infectious disease plan and COVID19 Task Force.

    Develops, authors, maintains, and communicates Gray Solutions safety policies, procedures, and best practices

    Manages the safety program to include training, purchase, distribution, and maintenance of PPE;

    Creation, management, and record keeping for all safety training including supporting the learning management system (LMS).

    Responsible for compliance with third party contractor management platforms (i.e., ISNetworld);

    Plan, Lead and Execute safety training program and be comfortable with public speaking, training, and technology associate with the training program.

    Collaborates with Gray, Inc. safety team to ensure ongoing compliance and standardization where possible.

    Provides safety oversight to active projects, in-person and/or remote, as needed. In addition, acts as the liaison between Gray Solutions and our customer, general contractors, and subcontractors for safety-related programs and compliance measures.

    Reviews all job safety analyses for content and provides feedback/insight where required.

    Completes safety-related onboarding activities for all new team members.

    Responsible for incident investigations, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective action plans, and metrics associated with near-misses and incident reporting.

    Maintains all OSHA compliance activities, logs and reporting.

    Works with Project Management team to review customer requirements, facilitate subcontractor qualification, and maintain safety records for all active projects.

    Maintains audiometric testing program to include coordination, analysis, and reporting.

    Develops and implements an ergonomic safety program for a work-from-anywhere culture.

    Must have or be willing to obtain specialized training in electrical safety and arc flash.

    Other duties may be assigned.

    **Skills & Requirements**

    3-5 years related experience in a professional services, construction, or manufacturing environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Bachelors degree from an Occupational Safety program or related degree from a 4-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Highly organized and detailed oriented with demonstrated experience of handling dynamic and complex projects

    Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment

    Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

    Proficiency in MS Office

    OSHA 1926 or OSHA hour certification

    First Aid/CPR/BBP certification

    Demonstrated ability to perform work with limited oversight.
