We are looking for eager Program Managers who are looking to join an exciting, growing business in Detroit. They are working directly with the 'Big 3' Automotive companies in the area, along with different Tier 1 suppliers and other EV manufacturers.

The Role

As a Program Manager, the role would entail;

ø Managing the whole aspects of the project, including;

• Budgeting.
• Scheduling of the project.
• Delegating resources and engineering skillsets.
• Controlling the project scope.

ø Being client facing, running meetings to give project updates.

ø Overseeing the project from conceptual design to closing.

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for the Program Manager role, you should have the following skillset and experience;

ø Prior experience in managing multi-year, $2MM+ projects involving automated conveyor systems.

ø Having a good technical knowledge of Automotive manufacturing is a big plus.

ø Confident in your ability to deliver to clients on projects.

ø The ability to effectively manage and delegate responsibilities.

ø Experience using the Microsoft Suite.

ø Prior experience overseeing body in white manufacturing lines.

The Package

The client I'm working with has a great benefit package which has been independently rated as one of the best in the State.

ø Base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 plus an annual bonus based off profit sharing.

ø 3 weeks PTO.
