Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Customer Service / Investor Relations representative will assist investors with inquiries and technical issues via phone and email.
This role will be trained to have a good understanding of EnergyX as a company, how to navigate the Dealmaker investment platform and our general FAQs.
Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for owning the full investor relations process.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has great verbal and written communication skills, and detail-oriented who can work independently and collaboratively to ensure investors and potential investors have all information and questions answered in order to invest.
This role will be directly interacting with these investors via phone and email.They will also create monthly reporting for all customer service activity and continuously improve the investor experience with new learnings from data.
Qualifications:
3+ years of customer service and or investor relations experienceProficiency in using Google workspace and Salesforce is a plusExcellent communication, writing and reporting skillsDemonstrated customer service experience in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
This role requires attention to detail, curiosity, adaptability, and thoughtfulness as you work via phone calls and emails with investors.
