The Urogynecology RN delivers proficient care for women with pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, fistulae, etc. The RN demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills to triage phone calls, assist Providers in the clinic, and independently perform procedures such as urodynamic testing and catheterization.

• Provides nursing support to primary and subspecialty providers, using the nursing process to work collaboratively with the health-care team.
• Triages phone calls, assists Providers, and independently performs procedures like urodynamic testing and catheterization.
• Supports patients and Providers with strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a commitment to compassionate care.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree from a state-accredited Registered Nursing program
• NYS current RN licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Certification in specialty, Ambulatory setting preferred

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
