- Manage and optimize the company's internal Microsoft 365 setup, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and LDAP services in a hybrid Azure environment.
- Handle cybersecurity measures, including the operation and maintenance of FortiGate Firewalls.
- Conduct systematic backups, manage disaster recovery processes, and keep all systems up to date.
- Resolve IT issues promptly and offer ongoing support and training to ensure company personnel can effectively use the IT infrastructure.
- Document all system configurations and modifications, ensuring comprehensive records of system performance and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide continuous post-installation support to clients, optimizing system performance and addressing any issues that arise.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or relevant experience.
- 5+ years' experience managing vSphere, Microsoft 365 and Azure hybrid environments, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and LDAP.
- Capability with Cisco network technologies and FortiGate Firewall systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage stressful situations, and self-motivated work ethic.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Fortinet Network Security Expert.

Ingenium Talent, a leading Louisville area recruiting firm, is pleased to be partnering with a local system integrator with their search for a Network Administrator. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with high growth potential. Our client is looking for an experienced engineer who will be responsible for managing the internal IT infrastructure and focus on designing, building, and maintaining network systems for their clients. This position is onsite at the client's East End location and will require candidates to be able to travel to customer locations around the Louisville, Lexington, and central Kentucky areas.
