    Sales Administrator
    • Basildon Our client, who are a international freight forwarder are looking for a part time Sales Administrator to join their growing team in Basildon.
    This is a supportive role which will enable the company to provide a smooth and professional sales service for building strong relationships with current and potential customers.


    Job type:

    Part-time Working hours: 24 hours per week Salary: Up to 15,000 DOE Responsibilities: Maintain & update the SharePoint database for filed customer ratesCompile monthly reports of actual turnover from new accounts won by the sales teamCompile lists of new addresses input to the CRM, and send details to Head of SalesMaintain and report on stock levels of sales materials, brochures, place new orders.

    Report internal sales leads to the sales teamCompile lists of sales leads based on lapsed accountsEvaluate and breakdown yearly turnover figures into individual reports for the sales teamRegular contact with Freight Forwarding Department to compile list of sales leads from external enquiriesMaintain, monitor and forward sales leads from 3 x operational depotsExperience required:

    Proficient with Microsoft packages especially Excel as well as have general PC knowledgeMust be able to prioritise and organise own workload with attention to detailAble to work independently and as part of a teamGeneral understanding of logistics processes and procedures (desirable)Previous experience working in sales (desirable) WR Logistics are the recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
