Job summary
The Director of Payroll and Benefit Services is responsible for the strategic leadership administration and compliance of all payroll and employee benefit programs for the school district.This role ensures accurate timely payroll processing effective benefits administration regulatory compliance and high-quality customer service to employees while supporting the districts financial stewardship and human resources objectives.
- PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION Direct manage oversee all aspects of district payroll operations including salaried hourly supplemental grant funded payrolls.
- BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION Administer district employee benefit programs including health dental vision life insurance disability retirement plans flexible spending accounts other voluntary benefits.
