    Service CenterCSCS TXWe are seeking a dynamic, energetic, people-process-technology-oriented business analyst with solid experience in Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform.

    As the Dynamics Business Analyst, you will be responsible for aligning, implementing, evolving, maintaining, and supporting our DCOE solutions.

    Your expertise and leadership will play a critical role in delivering solutions aligned to and in support of our enterprise objectives and future successes.


    Responsibilities:


    Serve as a liaison between the business, IT, and the DCOE.Gather the business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements, and implementation of DCOE solutions.

    Organize and lead projects centered around DCOE solutions and/or the Power Platform.
    Partner closely and develop strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
    Understand the function of all DCOE solutions, integrations, and how they are used by teammates.

    Manage customer relationships and expectations by maintaining a communication process to keep others up to date on the project results.

    Perform and assist with testing of solutions and other change management activities.
    Provide advisory support on business processes which can be improved or supported by Dynamics and the Power Platform.
    Discover and anticipate future needs and align Dynamics and the Power Platform to those needs.
    Identify innovative ways to understand the needs of the customers and increase customer satisfaction.


    Summary of Qualifications:
    3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role.
    Strong understanding of Dynamics, CRM, Field Services, and the Power Platform.
    Experience with configuring and customizing Dynamics and Power Platform solutions to align with business requirements.
    Knowledge of data integration methods and tools.
    Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and product/project management skills.
    Familiarity with change management principles.
    Relevant certifications (such as Dynamics, Power Platform, Six Sigma, BPMN, etc.) are a plus.
