    • Responsible for creating an environment where Agile software development team(s) can deliver platform application solutions on time, with high quality, and that meet customer expectations utilizing Agile methodologies.     What you'll do
    • Responsible for collaborating with Business and IT leadership to determine and communicate organization vision, direction, and work priorities, and drives progress towards technology target roadmaps.
    • Manage and coordinate activities for multiple fast-paced IT projects by ensuring that scaled agile project management, business analysis, and quality assurance processes are in place and practiced.
    • Support and lead technology team members to become high performing team members within the IT Organization. Mentor team members, review their performance and lead them to accomplish company objectives.
    • Act as a liaison between end users, architects, infrastructure engineers, software engineers, quality assurance analysts, third party vendors and management to analyze the feasibility of new software applications and enhancements to existing applications.
    • Identify potential business problems and innovate technology solutions by collaborating with a diverse group of business and technology partners.
    • Remove roadblocks, develop IT project roadmap, release plan, resource allocation, funding request, communication plan, risks and issues management plan, test plan, and defect management plan in collaboration with IT product teams.
    • Provide technical leadership in planning, designing, developing, and testing for IT project teams working on variety of computing platforms, such as client/server (REST web services), Cloud Platforms, SaaS products, Desktop and Mobile Applications.
    • Conduct delivery health checks with senior management and delivery teams to help set programs and project direction, determine project prioritization, create portfolio, program, and project reports and executive summary using Microsoft Office Tools, Rally, SharePoint and HP ALM.
    • Lead, influence, and uphold technology standards and goals to ensure visibility and predictability. Manage application cybersecurity standards and resolve all security vulnerabilities in collaboration with technical and platform teams.
    • Lead technology projects in the area of data and analytics by using Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions and implementing design patterns that aligns with enterprise architectural principles.
    • Manage production issues and off-hours support, communication, and coordination, as needed.
    • Manage and lead adoption and migration of new and emerging technologies.
    • Support IT project teams in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment using DevOps toolchain.
    • Support Agile teams to ensure their adoption and successful use of Scaled Agile at American practices.
    • Utilize business analysis techniques for gathering and documenting complex requirements, scoping, interviewing, facilitation, system component design, testing, and implementation.

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and/or experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
    • 5 years of experience participating in delivery of solutions using ITIL / Agile / XP, or similar methodologies
    • 3 years of experience leading projects or teams, either formally or informally

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    • Airline industry experience, including business process and supporting technology

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    • Air Cargo business processes and cross-group dependencies/relationships experience
    • Expert knowledge in leading and building high performing agile product delivery teams using scaled agile framework
    • Experience in Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration (GitHub, TDD, Automated regression testing) and how it relates to software development and SaaS product Proven experience in leading a team of individuals with various levels of skills and experience in potentially high stress and challenging situations
    • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and promote DevOps practices to include fully automated deployment pipelines, standard code repositions, test automation strategy and implementation
    • Experience with deploying hardware components of software application like desktops, mobile scanners and tablets deployment and support
    • Experience in leading delivery teams to ensure system reliability with disaster recovery plan management, security vulnerabilities management and high availability infrastructure design
    • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
    • Service Oriented Architecture - REST micro services, JSON, XML
    • Functional Test Automation Frameworks - (Selenium/Cucumber BDD)
    • Robotic Process Automation - (Automation Anywhere/Selenium)
    • Java, SQL and Python Programming Languages
    • Microsoft Azure DevOps Toolchain and ADO
    • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, collaboration, and negotiation skills
    • Strong planning/organization capability and ability to influence and drive decisions
