    Job Title

    The Store Manager is a key role at BidFTA.com, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store. This position requires a strong leader who can drive improvements and build relationships with various stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a safe and organized facility.
    • Manage costs and operations within targeted parameters.
    • Hire, train, and develop employees.
    • Efficiently use and manage our operating systems and processes.
    • Foster brand and store standards as outlined by BidFTA.com.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising and leading people.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Leadership, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively.
    • Team player with a strong work ethic.
    • Willingness to learn new concepts and adapt to change.
    • Basic technological literacy; experience with iOS devices is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with physical demands including lifting and standing for extended periods.
