- Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and munity providers to support student success
- Develop and implement interventions to address academic and behavioral challenges
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals
- Support positive behavior interventions and social-emotional learning initiatives
- Consult with teachers and staff to enhance classroom strategies and acmodations
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in educational settings preferred
