- Practice consists of 2 Physicians and 2 APPs
- Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all ages, including physical examinations, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and prescribing medications.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient history, symptoms, and medical records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality patient care.
- Educate patients about preventative care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to date patient records using electronic health records systems.
- Stay informed about the latest medical advancements, research, and the best primary care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including networking, councils, and boards.

- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in Ohio
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
