    The quality of medicine practiced at Saltwater Animal Hospital is broad and challenging, giving you the chance to utilize advanced diagnostic and therapeutic tools daily. You will be actively involved in specialized care areas such as Cardiology and Oncology, and we regularly utilize modalities like Ultrasound and Laser treatment.     What We Are Looking For 

    • Experienced and strategic hospital leader with a proven ability to drive operational and cultural success

    • Deep understanding of veterinary workflow, client service excellence, and team development

    • Someone who can confidently step into a high-responsibility role and make an immediate impact

    • Veterinary management experience highly preferred

    • CVPM certification is a plus

    What You'll Bring to the Team

    • Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
    • A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
    • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
