We are looking to speak with mid-level litigation associates, to join our client's well-regarded Labor & Employment practice group in Chicago.

We are looking to speak with experiencedlitigationassociate with substantiallabor and employment, includingwage and hourclass action/collective actionexperience, to join our client's practice inChicago.

This is an opportunity to work with down to earth and personable, yet fierce advocates who are recognized leaders defending state and federal wage and hour collective and class actions.

You will regularly defend employers in class, collective, and individual actions involving claims under the FLSA, Title VII, ADA, and other federal and state statutes.

You will also advise clients on matters including restrictive covenants, reductions in force, employment agreements, handbook policies, accommodations, and issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
