- Assist in assessing patients' health status and report any changes to the registered nurse or physician.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to developing best practices in nursing care.
- Follow regulatory requirements and standards of practice in nursing.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on advancements in healthcare technology and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain licensure and certification requirements as per state regulations.
- Education: Completion of an accredited practical nursing program and current LPN licensure.
- Experience: Previous experience in healthcare settings is preferred but not always required for entry-level positions.
- Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
