Job Summary
The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is seeking a Monitoring and Quality Assurance Specialist to protect the integrity of services for immigrant and refugee families and individuals. The Office of Refugee and Immigrant Assistance (ORIA) leads statewide efforts to support people arriving and resettling in Washington state.Responsibilities
- Lead program monitoring to confirm services meet federal and state requirements.
- Plan and run monitoring visits, set schedules, and prepare reports.
- Write tools, reports, and corrective action plans with partners.
