As the Surgical Services RN Nursing Director, you will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee a comprehensive suite of services, including 11 OR suites, 2 Endoscopy Rooms, 2 Cath Lab suites, Pre-Op, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and Sterile Processing Department.

Primary responsibilities will encompass the total operational oversight, fostering a collaborative, efficient, and growth-oriented work environment. Leading the surgical staff, you will drive efforts to ensure positive patient outcomes and satisfaction. Your role will also involve budget management, strategic planning, and fostering professional development.
