+- CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN GOOD ACADEMIC STANDING AND PURSUING A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING AT AN ACCREDITED UNIVERSITY OR COLLEGE; MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF COURSEWORK COMPLETED
