- Own the development of programs and policies around performance, employee travel, benefits, etc. for a multi-location workforce of hourly and salaried employees
- Build and maintain effective HR systems, tools, and processes
- Own all HR systems
- Leverage strong analytical capabilities to accurately track, analyze, and report out on key operational HR data
- Provide local HR and operations support
- Assist with onboarding of new employees
- Process employee data changes including new hire, terminations, promotions, supervisor changes, transfers, and other transactions as needed
- Conduct human resources information system (HRIS) data audits, resolve data issues, and document findings
- Experience successfully working in fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in creating and scaling HR programs and processes for distributed, hourly and salary workforce
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
