    Schnellecke Logistics USA is looking for a candidates to enter our Pipeline Program for future Directors.

    The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader, with an understanding of the financial analysis side of the operation, who will join our executive management team.

    You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company P&L, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing operational issues).

    Responsibilities
    Safety above all else
    Manage all aspects of warehouse operations (Logistics, HR, EH&S, Profitability, etc.)
    Driving financial processes, policies & procedures, and internal controls as it relates to operational activities.
    Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.) through development and deployment of KPIs
    Develop the company's strategic vision as part of the executive team
    Allocate resources to cross-functional initiatives and lean manufacturing projects
    P&L Performance/Reporting
    Champion for community involvement opportunities and partnerships

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or related discipline or
    10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain or 3PL
    3+ years of Operational Financial Analysis
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills that support customer relationship and team building
    Automotive experience preferred
    3PL Experience is a plus
    Previous P&L responsibility is a plus
