Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our filter manufacturing facilities and supply chain across the region.

You will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This position reports to the General Manager, APAC and requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the manufacturing operations in Singapore, which includes production, quality, materials management, warehouse, EHS, maintenance, etc.

Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize productivity.

Ensure that all manufactured products meet or exceed the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all operational functions.

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the operational strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.

Develop and manage operational budgets for Singapore facility.

Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and KPIs to the executive team.

Promote a safe working environment and adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team.

Work closely with parent company in USA on all operational matters.

Additional duties & responsibilities as assigned.
