    Attorney Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Casualty section as a Partner in our DALLAS office. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in civil litigation and a strong understanding of state and federal civil procedure.

    The Partner will be responsible for defending various types of casualty cases, including wrongful death and survival actions, products liability, premises liability, dramshop, trucking and transportation, construction litigation, and other matters involving catastrophic personal injuries and/or property damage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Defend casualty cases in state and federal court
    • Work closely with associates to oversee case management, client meetings, reporting and investigation, discovery and motion practice, and taking and attending depositions, hearings, mediations and arbitrations and/or trials
