Position Description
We are seeking compassionate Autism Support Specialists, BTs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the guidance of a BCBA clinician, the BT plays a vital role in working one-on-one with children to implement tailored treatment plans addressing various needs like behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills. As the R/BT receives training, they will ensure the child's safety through appropriate management.
