    • Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure
    • Process payments and issue room keys

    • Maintain accurate reservation records
    Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of customer service experience preferred, Comfortable using hotel reservation software, Strong communication and problem-solving skills & Able to stand for long periods and work weekends
