Job summary
The Senior Director of Operations Technology will drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our Technology team. You will report into the Chief Technology Officer and will be their trusted partner in defining the Technology teams objectives strategy tactics reporting investing processes that scale across the organization How Youll Contribute to Our Mission Initiate direct outline strategies policies systems for the technology Ensure alignment with strategic corporate operational directives of organization Create analyze key insights from forecasts key business drivers trends operating metrics Identify consistent issues across technology team break them into manageable components create solutions measurable results Prepare dashboards presentations report to technology Leadership team on KPIs metrics processes Responsible compiling rolling up metrics BOD other technology Organization presentations Tracks KPIs analyze understand whats going well whats not Drives behavior process strategy changes according KPIs metrics Maintain constant knowledge current upcoming projects development activities relate resourcing Conduct periodic reviews key processes within ensure executed communicated implemented most efficient way aligned strategy Identify duplicate spending opportunities consolidation within budgets Manage technology budget monthly forecast actuals provide details cost overruns underruns category working closely Finance Business Partner Partner Product CS Leaders review road maps ensure staffing align organizational goals Key contributor annual budget planning efforts for technolgy Build foster strong relationships cross functional teams product finance cs other functional operations leaders align awareness entire organization Identify implement opportunities continuous improvement all areas including onboarding performance management technical support two-way communication h3>Benefits
