    Job title: Remote Customer Support Advisor

    Description
    • Fostering positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

    Key Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field.
    • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not required for the position we are currently hiring for at Spade Recruiting as our talent acquisition team would hire someone on that condition based on their background
