    Job Title: Full Desk Locum Tenens Recruiter

    Type: Full-Time

    Location: Remote or Corporate Office

    Job Summary: Rosman is a rapidly growing, client-focused, specialized physician recruiting firm. We provide both permanent/retained search and locum tenens solutions. Our team is looking for Senior (experienced) Full Desk Locum Tenens Consultants. A collaborative, partnership approach is key, as you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with other specialized, expert recruiters and account managers. This team player must have demonstrated experience driving new business and a commitment to quality and customer service. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and superior communication skills are vital. Experience in healthcare and/or recruiting and staffing would be a plus. Some travel is required.

    How will you spend your time?

    • Drive business development initiatives to expand Rosman's client base and foster strategic partnerships.
    • Developing a substantive knowledge base regarding physician trends. We will train you, but you will need to be interested and self-motivated.
    • Consulting with hospitals and private practice physicians as a trusted advisor.
    • Develop marketing materials to attract the right candidate for each position
    • Developing a network of qualified physicians to connect with opportunities.
    • Strong ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

    The candidate is self-motivated and results-driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3+ years of experience in healthcare business development and/or recruiting, preferably within the Locum Tenens space
