What You Will DoResponsible for weighing, assembling and packaging cannabis flowerApply compliance labels to all packaged productResponsible for accurate tracking and weighing of all packaging/production projects as assignedAccurately count, process, and pack finished goods for distributionWork may require prolonged sitting/standing, and repetitive movementsParticipation in counting of physical inventory as neededMaintain a safe and clean work environmentMaintain equipment in good working conditionMeet established goals as designated by the Production Supervisor and/or Production ManagerOther duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities:

Supports the Production Supervisor by communicating and delegating tasks to a team of receiving associatesUpholds compliance and regulatory requirements at all times; maintains the reputation of the companyEnsures product is packaged and labeled correctly and organized for proper storageProtects employees and customers by providing and safe and clean store environmentAssigns workers to specific job functionsActing as point person for Production TeamOther duties may be assigned What We Are Looking ForHigh school degree or equivalent requiredMust be 21+ years of age2-3 years of production experienceExperience in the cannabis industry highly preferredStrong computer and mathematics skills, as well as data analysis; working knowledge of Microsoft Excel requiredAbility to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skillsExperienced relationship with internal team and external partnersComfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirementsComfortable learning new technologiesAptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting and ability to recommend to management well thought out recommendationsExcellent attention to detailExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalCalm under pressureAbility to work independently with little supervisionStrongly committed to providing high quality products to clients including the packing and presentation of the productsSafety and compliance focusedPhysical Requirements/Work EnvironmentRequires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbolsMust be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistanceAbility to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shiftRequires manual dexterity to operate job related equipmentRequires normal hearing range Why Connected?Connected is an exciting and innovative workplace with a highly engaged workforce brought together by a shared passion to be the best in the business.
