    Pay: $20 per hour + commission
    Earning potential: $20 – $30/hour on average with commission
    Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 10am-5pm

    Responsibilities:

    As An In-Store Sales Lead Generator:

    • Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency.
    • Your goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.
    • Proactively initiate warm, friendly dialogue with retail shoppers to identify potential home service needs.
    Qualifications:

    What You Need As an In-Sore Sales Lead Generator:

    • Previous Lead Generation experience welcomed, but not required
    • In-person sales, promoter, product ambassador and canvassing sales experience welcomed.
    • Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers in a store
    • Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
    • Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
    • Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
    • Minimum age: 18 years
    • Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
    • Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
    • Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
    • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism, ensuring our partnership with the retail host remains a top-tier experience for their shoppers.
    • Must pass background check
