    Description
    Tsugami America is seeking an ambitious and detailed Logistics Specialist for our Windsor, CT location.

    This role will provide the right individual an opportunity to develop with a dynamic company in a fast-paced and growing industry.

    The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for performing accounting functions including, but not limited to:

    Order, track and maintain appropriate inventory levels of (accessories) driven attachments, chip conveyors, high pressure pumps, and PMB stock items
    Create files (electronic) that are easily accessible and auditable
    Build and update timelines for machine deliverables to be communicated to distributors, end users, and key Rem/IMG team members
    Receive POs that involve the sale of machines from Distribution or customer.
    Assist in the completion of Customs Paperwork for orders going to international locations including Mexico or Canada
    Communicate all aspects of the order via company systems (particularly Salesforce, Macola, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
    Work to be customer friendly and easy to do business with

    Work with Sales Team and Engineering Department (if needed), post-sale, to maintain accurate handoff of information to IMG Make Ready Team.

    Maintain accuracy in all records and interactions related to the order.
    Assist in the creation and maintenance of GM sheets - consult necessary parties for pricing/ costing.
    Attend all daily make ready meetings and PO reviews and participate as needed
    Coordinate the shipping and coordination of machines from Tsugami to be on time relative to the monthly forecasted schedule. This entails a high level of communication with all key members of the team.
    Must be able to communicate optimally with all levels and departments
    Participate in meetings to stay apprised of new developments with customer orders.

    Proficient in other Microsoft Office programs
    Reliable transportation
    Ability to work efficiently in an office setting
    Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and organization
    Strong attention to detail and superior team works skills are a must
    Solid technical skills/abilities
