    Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and technically strong Software/Embedded Program Manager to join their rapidly growing global team.

    In this role, you will be able to work on cutting-edge technologies and experiences that will transform the driving experience.

    The software PMs will report to the PMO Manager and will be responsible for managing multiple projects and customer interfaces.

    Responsibilities:
    **- Coordinate cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and release high-quality software projects on time

    • Drive the development and delivery of enabling technologies and innovative customer experiences
    • Manage software delivery risks, requirements, and architectural convergence across teams
    • Build strong relationships with technical experts, stakeholders, and senior leadership
    • Experience in building a PMO and deploying project management processes
    • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects as the sole owner of all deliverables as well as problems

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a related industry
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and critical thinking abilities
    • Experience managing firmware suppliers and thirdparty development partners
    • Prior software development and test experience with embedded applications, C/C++, MATLAB, or Python
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid Agile/Waterfall approaches
    • Automotive software background and understanding of embedded systems
    • PMP Certification is highly desired
    • Automotive and ASPICE experience is a plus
    • This is a customerfacing role, which requires an appropriate level of presentation skills

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline; Master's degree preferred
