About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in California.
The Finance Manager will play a leading role in overseeing and managing the financial activities of Eco Outdoors US operations.
Working as part of the wider Finance team, based in the Beverly Hills showroom, youll work closely with the VP of Sales and Operations, and report into the Head of Finance (based at Head Office).
Key responsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day financial operations including the month-end close, cash flow management, internal reporting, financial analysis, and payroll
Business partnering with the VP of Sales and Operations on the financial management of the business
Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Financial accounting and liaising with external accountants and regulatory authorities
Manage, coach and mentor 1x Assistant Accountant
Skills & experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
5+ years PQE (CPA or equivalent) experience in a similar financial role in the US
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion
High attention to detail across all areas of finance operations
Proficient in communicating financial concepts and information with non-financial stakeholders
Oracle NetSuite ERP experience (preferred)
