We seek a Membership Retention Specialist to strengthen and support the vibrant network of volunteers and members who make Girl Scouting possible.We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with volunteers through regular communication. They will help ensure that every Girl Scout—youth and adult alike—has a positive lasting experience.
Candidates must have excellent interpersonal written verbal communication skills a genuine enthusiasm for the Girl Scout mission commitment fostering belonging flexibility work evenings weekends regularly proficiency technology tools Salesforce experience plus valid driver's license reliable transportation daily travel region
- Bilingual skills English Spanish Vietnamese Mandarin Chinese preferred.
- Experience supporting volunteers managing community-based programs desired.
