The role involves significant interaction with the executive leadership team corporate finance department key external constituents capital markets transactions equity debt offerings ATM program liability management initiatives developing presentation materials talking points investor call scripts working outside counsel lenders banking relationships maintaining WACC models cost of capital trends analyzing evaluating alternative capital-raising opportunities updating capital markets dashboard peer comp sheets tracking relevant capital markets financial metrics macroeconomic indicators strategic decisions.
