    Responsibilities:
    • Monthly financial statement analysis and General Ledger functions.
    • Supervise Accounts Receivable (A/R) to ensure timely reimbursement to the Agency.
    • Oversee Payroll Department (P/R) and ensure the Agency is in compliance with federal and state labor laws.
    • Coordination of the annual auditing.
    • Assist EVP/CFO with annual budgeting and budget modification process, i.e., project program salaries by position and program billing revenue.
    • Supervises all team members and provides administrative guidance to staff. Ensures staff members remain competent to perform their job duties.
    • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Agencys reputation in the community. Participate as an active member on community committees relevant to fiscal management and non-profit organizations.
    • Maintain and monitor a system to ensure proper fiscal management in compliance with Agency and funding source regulations.
    • Comply with funding source rules.
    • Oversee all inspections/audits of fiscal departments to achieve excellent standards and maintain positive working relationships with all funding source representatives, auditors, and other representatives such as the D.O.L.
    • Cooperate with all internal/external investigations.
    • Back-up to duties assigned to Director of Fiscal Affairs and Sr. Accountant.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in in Accounting or Business Administration;
    • Experience in financial reporting, internal control and managing accounting departments;
    • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
    • Valid Driver's License.
