This position involves accurately processing loan applications, assembling and verifying loan documents, and handling all paperwork to maintain regulatory compliance.

• Persuading customers to pay outstanding balances or arrange payment plans via phone calls or mail.
• Closing loans by explaining all requirements clearly.
• Making collection calls on overdue accounts.
