About the Job
Sames Ford is seeking a Ford-Certified Senior Master Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing advanced mechanical issues, performing a wide range of services, and ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards. The right candidate will bring proven technical expertise, strong diagnostic ability, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of mechanical services on vehicles accurately and efficiently
Diagnose and repair advanced mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment
Provide detailed repair and service reports
Complete all work to manufacturer standards and dealership quality guidelines
Stay current with technical training and certifications
Communicate with customers to explain service needs and repairs
Work with the service team to keep work areas clean and organized
Follow all safety standards and dealership procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ford Certification required; ASE Certification a plus
Previous experience at a Ford dealership required
Minimum 5 years of automotive technician experience; Master Technician certification preferred
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
Skilled in diagnostics and troubleshooting
Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
