    Description
    KASTELLUM Group is seeking a Senior Offensive Cyberspace Operations Planner to
    support U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (USFLTCYBERCOM) in Maryland.


    DESCRIPTION:
    Provide SME support to Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) and SIGINT planning to
    meet mission objectives. Plan activities required to support the execution of deliberate and
    dynamic Cyberspace Operations. SME will leverage their expertise in military operations
    phases of planning, approval, and execution. Draft or edit Operational Plans (OPLANS),
    Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs). Participate in Joint
    Planning Groups (JPG) and Operational Planning Teams (OPT) analyzing and integrating
    cyber capabilities into mission plans while remaining cognizant of the missions and priorities
    of the client. Develop and analyze concepts of support, courses of action, integrate command and external
    capabilities, and coordinate and document comprehensive plans. The OCO Planner will
    review plans to identify expressed or implied missions and tasks. Monitor and review
    strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher echelon headquarters
    and makes recommendations to ensure compliance and/or consideration in planning efforts.
    Using the JOPP, develop plans and orders through the application of operational art and
    operational design. Develops and integrates cyberspace capabilities into deliberate,
    contingency, operation, and crisis action planning. Develops TTPs, CONOPs, COAs, and other
    related documents related to OCO available infrastructure or platforms. The planner will support client cryptologic operations as a Cyberspace Operations Mission
    Management Coordinator, including signals intelligence (SIGINT) processing, exploitation,
    and dissemination (PED) management in support of mission requirements. Provide subject
    matter expert (SME) support to Data Flow and Cyber Infrastructure in the Cyber Tactical
    Operations Center and maintain operational dataflow on cryptologic systems in service and

    joint platforms. QUALIFICATIONS (required):

    • 8+ years of experience supporting military cyberspace operations, cyber planning
    activities, or computer network operations


    • 3+ years' experience Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) or military planning
    • Mission planning experience with military Operational Planning Team (OPT)
    • Experience with drafting and editing OPLANs, OPORDs, and FRAGOs
    • Experience with developing concepts of support and courses of action
    • Knowledge of cyberspace capabilities and available infrastructure or platforms
    • Knowledge of planning technical operations
    TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph; HS diploma or GED Desired but NOT Required Qualifications:


    • Experience working with Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), Combat Mission Teams
    (CMT), National Mission Teams (NMT), or Combat Support Teams (CST)


    • Experience with full-spectrum cyberspace operations
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Graduate of Joint Information Operations Planners (JIOPC) or Integrated Joint Special
    Technical Operations (IJSTO) Planners Course
