    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Aeyon is seeking a qualified Integration Management Specialist (Technical Project Manager) to perform the following duties:Play a crucial role in supporting integrated life cycle acquisition and sustainment programs.
    Provides project direction/management to ensure successful implementation, execution, and completion of the project's technical and/or financial tasks and milestones.
    Ensures that project objectives are met or exceeded.
    Ensures that project-critical resources are available and used efficiently.
    Assigns and supervises personnel according to professional knowledge and experience to ensure quality deliverables in accordance with the contract.
    Communicates with staff to ensure understanding of project goals, milestones, deliverables, and individual functional responsibilities.

    Evaluate the progression of project milestones and budget and modify work as applicable to ensure overall project quality, schedule, and cost are being attained.

    Interfaces and, as appropriate, provides project compliance and progress updates with senior-level client/contract management.
    Provides superior-level project management expertise at the highest government and corporate levels.
    Manages the needs of multiple stakeholders.
    May be asked to guide less-experienced team members.
    Highest experience in integrating multiple projects, including maximizing use of resources/personnel, scheduling, and costing.


    CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
    Secret clearance is required on day one of the project. Must be a U.S. citizen.


    • EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
    • BA or BS degree in Science, Management, Business, Engineering, or related field + 4 years of experienceORMS degree + 2 years of experienceORPhD + 1 year of experience

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Four years of project management experienceHighly organized and detail-oriented with strong management skills.
    Ability to adjust and problem-solve when schedules/situations change.
    Knowledge/experience in requirements capture, design, and decomposition.
    Experience integrating multiple projects, including maximizing the use of resources/personnel, scheduling, and costing.

    Knowledge of ICBMs and acquisition lifecycle helpful/preferredProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointJourneyman skill set includes the ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from the preceding tier.
