    Client / Operations Director

It is proven to help our clients deliver key business benefits and ROI.As Client / Operations Director you will be responsible for end-to-end client engagements overseeing the successful roll-out of Cora PPM in Enterprise Clients. This requires managing the interaction of Professional Services, Product, Customer Success and Engineering Teams to ensure a successful deployment of Cora across an Enterprise. You will focus on the quality of the requirements coming from the business analysts and solution architects and directly work with Engineering on accelerated project development to ensure our clients receive a successful outcome.Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract.

    Location: Washington DC or Greater Atlanta in US

    Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline, or evidence of equivalent competency and experience for performing the role.

    Required experience: 10+ years in Project/Programme Management with significant exposure to Gov Con, specifically in the context of EVM and IPMDAR

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Act as he key contact between Cora and its Enterprise Clients
    • Manage end-to-end Enterprise Client Engagements. This will involve the coordination of internal resources including Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success and third parties / subcontractors for the successful execution and delivery of all approved work
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    • Ensure that Engagements are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Develop project scopes and objectives and identify all relevant stakeholders
    • Ensure resource availability, allocation and management of the engagement team
    • Track progress of sprints through ADO dashboards
    • Use and execute appropriate controls to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
    • Measure project performance using Cora professional service tools and techniques
    • Report and escalate to senior management as required
    • Manage and foster the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/subcontractors
    Required Skills and Experience
    • Demonstrated experience of managing Enterprise Client Engagements
    • Minimum of 10+ years working as a Program/Project Manager
    • Significant exposure to EVM and IPMDAR
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field
    • Proven working experience as a program/project manager in the software development sector
    • Excellent knowledge or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
    • Commercial awareness and an ability to contribute to the financial success of Cora and its customers
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • PMP / PRINCE II certification is desirable
    • Occasional travel to customer site is required
