You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers.
As an Engineering Supervisor, Safety Analysis in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in theFuel Business Unit.
Your work will include:
Assigning tasks to the LOCA team members and plan, organize, and direct the safety analysis work
Supervising workflows to ensure deliverables are safe, high quality, on time, and within budget
Providing technical oversight of group work products, facilitating resolution of technical issues and communicating them to the appropriate stakeholders
Reporting progress, identifying impediments and issues up to management
Performing personnel reviews and tracking goals and objectives of the performance for team members
Facilitating professional growth and development of group members
Supporting Fuels proposal efforts, including coordination of multi-disciplinary work scopes
This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $95,000 - $129,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.
Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
