    Salary:
    $115,000 - $125,000 + Performance Bonus up to 10%

    Regulatory Compliance Manager (PSM exp req) Description
    Our client is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to add to their team in Salt Lake City, UT.

    You will be responsible for managing and leading the HS&E team to ensure the Operations and Maintenance groups and activities are fully supported in their day-to-day activities.

    This includes managing PSM-related activity tracking and processing the workflows, timely regulatory reporting, Emergency Response Plans, HS&E-related drills and exercises, training, safety tours, audits, inspections, incident investigations, improvement action follow-ups, etc.

    Ideal candidates will have experience managing HS&E Regulatory and Compliance programs, as well as overseeing multiple direct reports.

    Regulatory Compliance Manager (PSM exp req) Responsibilities


    Develop a vision and plan for Continual Improvement


    Ensure compliance with PSM, RMP, and Environmental regulations


    Manage PSM-related activity tracking and processing the workflows


    Manage direct reports and hold them accountable for timely reporting


    Ensure all reports (such as MOC's and PSSR's) are submitted on a timely basis


    Develop and manage processes to track and accomplish compliance


    Anticipate future regulatory rulings


    Contribute to the parent corporation's regulatory compliance effort
    Regulatory Compliance Manager (PSM exp req) Qualifications


    3+ years of regulatory and compliance experience required


    2+ years of supervisory experience required


    Process Safety Management (PSM) experience required


    Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) experience required
